What a way to run a business! I placed an order just before closing time and left 100 deposit. On returning home i realised i had made a mistake and rang them first thing next day to cancel or get a credit note while i decided on exactly what i wanted. To say they were unhelpful is an understatement, they refused to cancel the order and give me a credit note and kept my 100. Yes, i made a contract with them but they had lost nothing and for the sake of good customer relations it would have gained them a further 750 worth of business which I went on to spend elsewhere. As far as I am concerned it was daylight robbery and I have learned an expensive lesson. 04/04/2023 I have just seen a reply to my review. In short NO, the issue was not rectified, I was not contacted by anyone with regard to rectifying it and you still have my 100 !!

A wonderful place for fabrics, such a vast choice plus everything you need for the making of curtains etc. Helpful staff which is always a bonus
