The Church Street Surgery

I have needed appointments for myself and my son over the past couple of weeks, I have used the online consultation form and both times have had an appointment very quickly. I have never had a problem with Church street surgery and think the staff are extremely efficient and always very friendly and helpful, the doctors are always very thorough too. Thank you Church Street Surgery.

Nurse I saw was lovely. Blood test hardly felt a thing . Was professional yet comforting xx highly recommend her x

staff should be change immediately, very rude and no helpful. i don't know how this clinic still exists.

Filled out the online form yesterday to get an appointment for my 4 year old as I expected he had an ear infection with in an hour I had a phone call to say they had an appointment for my son I had to take my 1 year old with me as I had no one to look after him I think the lady I saw was doctor hazel she was fantastic I felt a bit stressed as my 1 year old was playing up a bit and she was really understanding telling me it's OK hes fine and she was brilliant with my 4 year old and diagnosed him with an ear infection

absolutely useless had a phone call back from the doctor this morning all good , he said come down and see me at 2:30 get there i am seeing a nurse not good enough !!!!! there was not one patient in there to see a Doctor ...... just loads for the flu Jab Which they get money for , didnt listen to a word i said .....gave me no helpfull advice , tried to palm me off with antibiotics which the doctor said on the telephone conversation caused the issues i have . seriously gonna change surgery .... i hardly ever use the surgery any way . i have been really poorly for two weeks and got No where . Lets see if they have my results on Wednesday , which i was told by The Doctor the Results would be back on Tues . Avoid this place ......they are just interested in giving people the Flu Jab
