Paid for a matress topper which the site said 5 were available. Bedtime Comforts sent a message through ebay to say it was no longer available and offered a replacement product which i accepted. Now they wont answer the phone and havent answered any of the messages i have left on their answerphone. I am now waiting hopefully for delivery but contact would be good.

CUSTOM ORDER for long duvets and matching duvet covers, initially arrived wrongly sized - but Bedtime Comforts completely redid the order and sent it to me along with absolutely excellent quality duvet covers and pillow cases. I will certainly order again because the quality of duvets and covers was better than I expected

Bought 2 adjustable bed sheets and they were excellent quality and fit. Ordered some more, a slight problem occurred, however, the customer service I received was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. Reece dealt with the issue in an extremely fair way. Sending a returns label and refund even before they received the wrong ones back.. would definitely recommend using this company. Real personal support, managing to actually speak to a competent and professional person.
