        Visited the store to collect my 2 new pairs of glasses. All staff were friendly. The assistant who served me was training and she helped me with my glasses order on my previous visit. She is a young lady who was very pleasant, if not a little shy maybe. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit. One thing I wasn't offered though was a mirror to show me how my glasses looked ~ I am aware that I could've asked for one but I do think this should be a given. I think the ass8s The gentleman who tested my eyes previously was excellent. Very thorough as I have family history of eye problems. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend Boots Opticians. I would NOT recommend Boots Pharmacy or general store.
