We placed an order via Deliveroo at around 1pm to be delivered around 4pm. They accepted the order at 3:15pm. It was around 4:20 so I tried to ring them to chase it up. The mobile number on Google says number not in service!! I had to ask Deliveroo to refund my payment, why accept the order if you had no intention of fulfilling it?

Pizza was ok and ready on time but ingredients and toppings were mixed up across the order meaning we had to pick out all the bits we didnt like (or order!) on each of the pizza. Garlic bread was so dry it was like eating cardboard. Go somewhere else.

Ordered penne for 2 meals but they sent spaghetti on both, garlic bread was burnt and dry, pizza was below average and very dry, disappointed and wont order again

Come here alot and rate it highly! Had an issue with order arriving not as good as usual, (usually food is the best!) made complaint and issue was rectified quickly and was kindly offered anything off the menu for free plus delivery as an apology! Food is 99% of the time the best Italian in kiddy... Highly recommended by me and when errors occur, management can't do enough to fix!!!
