Formula One Autocentres - Kidderminster

Arrived at the scheduled time for fitting of 4 tyres for which I had prepaid. I was told that they would not be able to fit them because the wheel balancing machine was broken. Phoned the following morning and told machine still awaiting repair. I will try again tomorrow.

I will never use this garage again. I took my car for a wheel bearing replacement but they told me it was the tyres. They damaged a wheel that had only just been refurbished but they said nothing. When I noticed they admitted responsibility but it took 3 months to get it repaired. They never phoned me back every time they said they would, I only got action after contacting head office several times. The two new tyres didnt fix the problem so I had the other 2 replaced elsewhere but still I had the noise. Which was the wheel bearing as I had told them. I spent 700 on tyres that I didnt need, had 3 months of hassle and was without a car for 5 days while the wheel was refurbished.

OMG! Dont go to formula 1 garage Kidderminster. I booked my van in for a MOT and took it in to be tested, it failed on a ball joint so they gave me a price for the work and I booked it in for the Saturday (25-3-23) I took my van in first thing and said keep it all day even though they said its only an hour long job. 3.30pm I phoned to see if my van was ready, only to be told it wasnt so at 4.30pm I rang again to be told they couldnt undo a nut and they wanted to finish it on Sunday, I rang about midday to be told that they had staff problems and wouldnt be able to look at it until Monday, I rang about midday on Monday and there reply was they cant undo the nut and had tried everything, then they said to me I should take it somewhere else and get it done because they couldnt and hadnt got the right tools to do the job. I rang head office and told them what was going on and that they had my van for 3 days to do an hour long work, so they told me. Then all off a sudden at 4.30pm on the Monday I had a call saying my van was ready. What a joke of a garage, I will never go there again
