John and his team were very professional and provided excellent diagnosis, support and treatment for my calf injury. John gave me treatment and strengthening exercises to do and sound advice to enable me to run in the London marathon. I have followed his advice to the letter and my training is now back on track. My confidence has returned and I am enjoying running again.Cant thank him and his team enough.

I wasn't really looking for physiotherapy after experiencing spontaneous foot pain on and off for 1 year. I began to suffer joint pain too and avoided walking too far due to the discomfort. I called to enquire about the gait scan, which was performed by Sophie, we had a chat about my problem, and she promptly reassured me and explained how she could help. Firstly, the gait scan was free, I left from my first visit without making any payment, and there certainly was no pressure to proceed. I was invited to 3 free physio sessions whilst orthotic insoles were made. After every session, I felt like a new woman. My feet and calves were much more comfortable when walking and all the joint discomfort eased. It was confirmed that due to foot pain my alignment was not central causing discomfort to joints, muscles and ligaments. I have continued to follow all the advice from Sophie, leg exercises and orthotic application. Sophie is so professional, very caring and patient when performing treatment and giving advice. I found Sophie very friendly, communicated well, giving me lots of confidence in her role within the profession Thank you Sophie for your excellent service and getting me back on my feet again. Recently visited Sophie for advice on painful feet and achille and a gait scan. Scan itself was very interesting and Sophie explained it very clearly. Orthotics ordered and physio sessions suggested/completed. Would highly recommend Sophie and the practice. Thankyou
