        Nightmare trying to get appointment on the phone. This business of only taking appointments for the day isn't making it much easier... Their parking isn't for the faint of heart. Some lovely staff, some not as caring. But over all we've been looked after well so far. Been with them 7 years.... Sounds like they are one of the best in the area. Good pharmacy too

        Phoned today, was on hold for 20mins, but got an appointment for my husband to be seen within an hour. He received excellent care from Dr Jewels

        Friendly, caring and resourceful. I always find the Doctors, Nurses and staff are happy to take the time to look after me, even when they're rushed off their feet. I've recently been unwell and the whole practice pulled out all the stops to get me help when the Worcester Royal couldn't. In troubled times for our NHS this place goes above and beyond. A shining example of compassion and professionalism. I feel very lucky to have them available to look after my friends and family too.
