        Not open at 8am. Hung around but still closed at 9.30am. Finally opened up to be told they don't print labels either. Waste of time. Very poor service.

        I had difficulty finding UPS, the directions given on the Webb site were wrong, that is no reflection on the staff in the shop, who were friendly and efficient.

        Went to collect my parcel at 10am on a Thursday after having a card thou my door at home, shutters down no answer on the phone. UPS the world on time......except station hill stores!!!!
