Vape Daddy / Fix my phone Kiddi

I went in this shop to enquire about a phone on display & the guy who claims he's the manager made a joke about me to another customer suggesting he should chase after me if i tried to run off with it. Since this horrific experience I've since learnt from local people that the place has a certain reputation as 'Rip Off Merchants' trying to sell vapes for over RRP & making up prices on the spot if they don't like your face. I would advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague the guy managing it clearly has an attitude problem & deserves to go bust in my opinion.

Bought a voopoo Argus xt as my drag x pro died after 2 years of use so went with what I was told that there great. Within a day the lock button wasnt working. Phoned them the next day about it said theyd take a look but then it was working again whilst on the phone, same day stopped again. Ive taken it in and it was working again in front of them so couldnt argue so tried it again, Next day it did the same I took a video showing of this. Sent it to them 2 days later I had to call them. Trying to say its me not unlocking it properly Clearly its the vape at fault. How hard is it to flick the switch to unlock really. Joke. The vape is faulty I wished for a replacement within the 30 days rights. Refused. Had to argue with them on the phone to which they hung up on me then they messaged me to bring to the shop to take a look. My experience with this shop Customer service not great for after sales. The sales part was fine easy 75 of my money now not interested tbh. Taken advantage when I needed a vape in a rush They dont even give receipts. Refuses to give managers name out nor acknowledges wishing to make a formal complaint. Beware is all Im going to say, lets hope yours doesnt break down if you buy from this shop.
