O2 Shop Kidderminster

My son and I went into the o2 store in Kidderminster, my son was looking for a new contract with this provider, and we were helped by a lovely guy named Bradley, he was honest, and very informative about the different contracts and phones on offer, he went through everything with us, explaining along the way, he is definitely an asset to the company, thank you Bradley

I visited the store to ask about my tariff which was due to change, the member of staff found a much better tariff for me than the one I was on

Husband came into store today, as he has numerous payments on his account that he did not recognise. Store was incredibly unhelpful, he went into store they advised he had to ring customer services as they were unable to do anything in store, after a couple of hours on hold to customer service to then be told that they were unable to do anything as his contract was sorted in store. After then ringing the store back up, I spoke with Katie, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful advising that she couldn't see anything on his account as he was not present in store which he had been this morning. Would not recommend this store at all. Manager was no where to be seen and unable to speak to when we called the store back. UPDATE: Finally got through to cancelations all contracts had been set up incorrectly in store currently trying to sort it out with cancelations. Will not be using the kidderminster store again.
