I recently attended one of Halls property auctions as they didnt offer online or telephone bidding, attendance only. With the current sensitivity of COVID-19 I will say they did keep their staff vey well protected but they did nothing to respect or protect their customers. The auction room was very over crowded and squashed together with no one advising or asking to spread out or maybe stagger the auction in lot slots. Only after the asking they opened the outside door to let some fresh air in. I had to ask 5 couples to respect our space with asking to not stand immediately in front of me almost touching & no masks..Due to this badly organised & without care of anyone but themselves we left. Very disappointed with the way they operate their business and in future I will not be doing business with them.
