        As part of Verve Brecon KB club , i know all the Verve Clubs offer great family fitness for all levels expecially if are new to this. They certianly improve your fitness and confidence.. You Dont Have To Be Great To Start, but You Do Have To Start To Be Great. That said the Verve On line Shop i find provides fast , excillent service, and good quality equipment. Well worth what you pay..

        Great family club with the best instructors you could ask for. The instructors make every student feel equal and important no matter what grade they are. Great variety of classes to choose from aswell. Myself and my daughter both train and it has given her more confidence. 10/10 to Master Swift, Mrs Swift, Mr Stanton and all of the assistant instructors.
