Exceptional service, all my wood was cut to size. The price was also amazing, I'd already looked at online suppliers and these guys were even better on price.

Andy very professional and helpful, needed boards cut to size for my van. He advised me what I would need and was a very quick process.

Have used Harlow Timber off and on over the years, my latest experience was excellent, called for a price after shopping around, the guy on the phone was very helpful and he said they'd have the timber cut ready for me to collect, I asked should I pay before I come, he said no that's ok! On collection Andy was really friendly and personable, carried the wood to my car and had a nice l chat too. In the past there's always been a bit of a negative atmosphere there, but this time was so much better, there's a different manager there, I guess he's much better at managing the staff, it was so evident to me anyway, many thanks Harlow Timber

While their service is good they neglect to tell you that the price is not vat included. I could have got the floor boards from bandq for cheaper than they eventually charged. Great place but mega expensive. Shop around is my advice.

Ordered some timber that they had in stock , paid for it for delivery when they could . Delivery didn't turn up - they sold the stock to someone else ...and had no idea when they would get some more . No update on when they would deliver despite promising they would . Not interested , no apology . Cancelled order . Really poor customer service
