Worst Family Solicitors I suggest you could instruct. MFG acted for my Ex Wife in our divorce, continued radio silence from them, vague, inaccurate legal arguments and no consideration to costs. My legal bill I estimate to be 20,000 more than it should be due to the way the matter was prolonged and the need for my Solicitor to continually chase a response. The correspondence I received from them totally shambolic and just ran up my legal bill as a reply was always needed. I cant say if my Ex Wife was pleased with their efforts , all I know is the extra 20,000 has come from the family pot and you cant spend money twice, so this has gone on legal advice and will never be spent on my children. You need to consider the drain on the family pot in these matters and whilst it may be common practice or thought to be acceptable to avoid and delay matters, ultimately Solicitors get paid at the end of day I don't believe MFG considered the drain on the family pot or hardship upon the family their actions would have. Hopefully you can be amicable with you ex partner and both choose sensible Solicitors and keep as much of the family pot in tact rather than line the pocket of Solicitors.

I have been using mfg Solicitors for some years for the buying & selling of Properties and have found them to be very capable, efficient and value for money. Would highly recommend them.

On the ball, answers on the day an emails sent and is fast ajd efficient. A little lacking in decoram and did upset my sellers at one point calling them a liar in a letter saying 'this isn't true I've been informed..' as well as demanding a receipt for something they agreed ti leave in the house that was worth 500 which nearly made them change their mind and take it. So a little over zealous but best to be Iver zealous than under zealous I think. My solicitor was Javed and he was on the ball throughout and thorough which is important when spending massive amounts of money buying property. Would recommend and would use again.
