        Following an initial fault with one of the floors in my property, it soon emerged the problem was the same with all floors in my property. I know this is a common problem and was not just a problem in my property, but several other properties where Intu had attended. Yet I am still waiting for Intu to rectify their works whilst they are still debating liability over the faulty works. Intu were made aware of this in the summer of 2020. It is now February 2021 and following 3 visits from Intu, the problem is still not rectified. Terrible service and nothing gets sorted when it is said to have been used. Would not recommend.
