Door supervisors/Security Guards: With a first aid qualification now mandatory for licence renewals, I would highly recommend using Servern Valley Training Services. Liz is a fantastic trainer, her style of teaching is fantastic, allowing you to retain the information. If you're like me, and dislike doing practical things in front of a room full of people, then worry no further. Liz puts you at ease throughout, and if you feel you didn't do something correctly, she will allow you to retry as many times as you like, continuously reassuring you throughout. I found watching this happen, to really put me at ease for when it was my turn. As an SIA licenced door supervisor of 13 years, I will no longer dread renewing my licence every 3 years. A massive thanks to Liz and her daughter Charlie, for all their help, knowledge and delivering a fantastic course. Jay

I did my AED level 2 and found the trainer to be enthusiastic and very approachable I feel I learnt a lot and would highly recommend Severn Valley Training and Medical Services to anyone
