Used to be terrified of going into other wholesalers as I was new to the trade and didn't really know my stuff. The crew at the Kidderminster branch are class and were really welcoming once our company started using them. Love the free sausage sandwiches on a friday mornings!

Been using this wholesaler for 10 years, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Extremely knowledgeable staff who are able to help and suggest solutions and alternative pieces of kit. Customer service is incredible in the shop and over the phone, able to reel off prices to me when asked. The after hours service this company provides has saved me time and time again. I can order kit to be left in their lock-up, which I can access at any time of day - absolute life saver. Also, while their manager may seem rather young, he definitely knows his stuff! And hes always happy to serve us over the counter when were in.

The staff are always helpful and polite. Stock iscalwayscat a good level and if they dont have what you want they will get it asap. The manager is happy to serve on the counter and will give competetive prices. Just don't mention screwfix.

Unbelievably friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nothing is to much trouble. Vast amount of stock, electrical brands, latest products and tools all at a competitive cost. I would highly recommended this branch to any electrician, tradesman or member of the public who want a stress free wholesaler experience.
