        Argos-Kidderminster has among theyre crew a very arrogant and ignorant member of staff that works at the collection and returning points. A lady has been very determined not to accept an item as a return, although it was in a resealable condition with all the parts in the original box. According to the return policy I had the right to do so. However this lady refused to accepted back on the grounds that I have used the product. Plug-in it and observing how it works DOES NOT COUNT AS USE!!!!!! Review your customer service policy Argos- Kidderminster!
