Service is slow; there's always a queue since they changed the self service checkouts to ones that don't take cash. Staff are friendly and helpful but obviously being hamstrung by somebody sat miles away in an office somewhere.

Terrible service by staff and security! I understand its hot today but taking it out on your customers is not right! Firstly Ive had milk constantly go out of date way before there use by date! Today I have been told to leave my drink at the door as Im not allowed to walk around the shop with it even though it was open and less than half was left! I then go into at 22:55pm and get told I have 10 seconds left to get what I need or I cant buy anything!! Im not happy at all and I will also be calling to complain again in the morning!
