        I called to get a price for unlocking my iPhone 7. The guy who answered my call was very helpful and gave me a price but then asked whether the phone was on contract (which it was but coming to the end of the contract) He advised that at contract end, the service provider was obliged to unlock the phone at no cost. A check with EE confirmed that the phone was already unlocked, thus saving 30. Their honesty means that I don't need to spend any money with them at present but when the next time comes for a repair/service, they'll be the first port of call
