Antony has taken our very rundown bathroom and kitchen and transformed them into something incredible Being first time buyers we didn't know where to start but Ant took us through every step! The old water tank has been removed and replaced with a more up to date combi boiler which is placed in the kitchen for better use of space. All internal bathroom walls/ storage cupboards were knocked through creating a huge open space. A new internal wall was created across the landing allowing for the new door frame. The ceiling was reboarded and new electrics were wired in. Due to the age of the house and structure we also had to reboard over a wall to allow for a level surface. The whole room was then plastered. New pipe work was installed for a large towel radiator and a brand new bathroom suite. We created space for a large shower cubicle, free standing bath, toilet and a vanity unit. New flooring was also installed. When we first picked up our house keys we were met with a very old, much loved kitchen in desperate need of modernising, updating and a new layout. He knocked through the utility and removed the pantry cupboard. The walls were then stripped and the ceilings and walls were overboarded before being plastered. After the installation of a brand new kitchen, new appliances, new skirting board and architrave, brand new hard flooring, fresh layers of paint and gloss as well as a few personal touches our kitchen is finally up and working Cannot recommend him enough.
