Have bought 2 cars from Hills both on service plans and had no issues also had a bump in one and repaired without issue. The sales team and the service team and very helpful and always honest about what can and cannot be delivered. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Ford either new or used (I have done both)

I recently had a great experience at Hills Ford car garage. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with the level of customer service I received. The prices were also very reasonable for the services provided, and I felt like I received good value for my money. The staff were knowledgeable about the products and services offered, and were happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend Hills Ford for anyone in the market for a new or used Ford vehicle, or for anyone needing car maintenance or repairs. The friendly staff and good pricing made for a positive experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

First class experience from start to finishprofessional and enthusiastic (special mention to Ben & Will!) Will drove over 2 hours to my house one evening to look at an issue with the new Pilote we had just purchased..thats what you call going above and beyond!!! New van collected from my house by them to take back to their showroom to resolve a couple of issues..delivered back repaired and lovely and shiny!!! Would recommend Hills to anyone looking for a new van..they really look after their customers!!!

The aftercare is this dealership is a joke. I have spent thousands of pounds buying parts from this dealer to maintain and repair my fleet of vehicles. When I had a problem that I couldnt solve with a ford transit I booked it in for them to take a look, they said the waiting list was a month long. I found this very frustrating but had no other choice but to book it in on the date they gave me. Fast forward to the day it was booked in and when I show up they just told me that they werent willing to take on any more work because they were busy. When I pointed out that it was booked in a month ago and that I had even called up the day before to confirm the date and time. He simply shrugged his shoulders and said he wont even take a look because they are too busy. He also mentioned that he is prioritising his core client base. With the thousands of pounds I have spent there I honestly dont know what you would have to do be be one of the core clients. He did say that he tried to call me to cancel the appointment. But when I asked what number he called he gave me the name and phone number of the previous owner from years ago. Not the phone number I gave them when making the appointment. I told him how I found this unacceptable and that this treatment was a joke to which he just shrugged again. If you ever buy a vehicle from this dealer, be prepared to receive no aftercare and nothing but a bad attitude from the staff
