        Following a scam message, I believed was true I sent money to an account which was to help my son.the nationwide stopped the payment from my account they were brilliant stopped me from losing my money thanks so much your great.

Cal, and staff for showing consideration and kindness for the help you gave me, regarding my account and money. You are, and please Nationwide, these are my stars. The best bank/building society ever. My bank card was swallowed up by HSBC, the cash machine in Stourport. Travelled to Kidderminster to get help, and the team at Nationwide helped me big time with my money. The staff at Kidderminster, that's Nationwide and not HSBC, sorted everything for me! Fantastic. Thanks again, and hope this gets read by Nationwide all over the UK. Cheers To all at Kidderminster

        I had to transfer a large some of money to a Car Company I was buying a new car from. The staff were superb. They transferred the money within a couple of hours and a received an email from the car company to say it was in there account. First class customer service.
