Unique Build

Thought this guy was honest but he has walked off our job leaving us with no render on the property and plumbing put in back to front, water backing up in the garage leaving us unable to use the downstairs bathroom he installed. Its a mess and he refuses to answer the phone. Do NOT use this company if you want a good honest builder who knows what they are doing. Have since found several addresses for this company too! Scott Lewis is his name for reference.

Our experience has been highly distressing. After beginning quite promisingly and appearing to be competent Unique Build, aka Mr Scott Lewis has left us high and dry, thousands out of pocket, with a build that is unfit for purpose (drains that don't drain as they are incorrectly installed, doors that don't shut, windows that aren't draft proof). It was all going well until Mr Lewis fell behind his timeframe and since then he has simply gone off radar. Mr Lewis has not answered numerous phone calls, Text messages and emails and now we find that he does not live at the address quoted above. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER.
