Drove 35 minutes to visit this shop. When we arrived it was closed, despite showing as open online. Called both of the numbers in the window that went straight to voicemail. Waste of time & fuel.

Visit this place today although the birds look healthy the shop is awful. The cages are very dirty and haven't been cleaned for a long time bird mess everywhere including the floor. Presentation of the shop poor. sale goods all over the floor . When entering the shop there's bird seed on the carpet leading to upstairs living accommodation .

Travelled 3 hours from South West Wales, to purchase Indian Ring Neck parakeet last Sunday. Inside of shop not up to a very high standard. Bird was purchased and seemed fine until this morning Thursday, when it was found dead in the bottom of the cage (large new one bought especially. Have tried phoning repeatedly but cannot get to talk to anyone. I would therefore strongly recommend that you do not use this pet shop.
