        Went here over the weekend for a full face wax/ thread. Her eyebrow shaping is good. Previously had eyebrows, lip and chin waxed here before and it was ok that time. She then reccomend that I have a full fax wax. So i thought I'd give this a go. Well i wish that i hadn't! At first she waxed my face and her waxing technique is very poor. She applied the wax ok.. but putting the strips on and pulling them off she was awful. She didn't press down the strips at all just seemed to put them on very quickly and pull them straight off.. this has caused alot of the hair to just snap off and it hasn't been pulled out by the roots. She didn't pull my skin tight or get me to pull my skin tight in places either. It has left my face sore, red and rashy, still Three Days Later it's the same! Her threading is ok, but somehow she still managed too miss alot of hairs out. I know she was busy that day but there is just no excuse for the way it has left me. You always expect some redness but not ever have I had it this bad. Very upset.
