I would strongly recommend using AFP. After being turned down by another bank, and not being given any reason for the mortgage rejection, I thought we would lose the house we were trying to buy. Peter Evans was reassuring, thorough and professional. He found us an excellent deal with another bank and submitted our completed application forms that day. Peter managed the whole process and let us know exactly what was happening at all stages. Peter ensured we had a mortgage offer with our solicitor within 10 days. Those 10 days included a surveyor accessing the property and completing the valuation. Thank you.
