ReGeneris Spa- Organic Treatment Rooms

I booked a massage there this morning for 10am. I arrived at 9:50am and was told i was too early and that I couldn't wait inside as they were clearing up. I waited outside for 5 minutes and then rang the bell ( as they had locked the door) and asked if i could just sit and wait for 5 mins, they refused so I cancelled my appointment on the spot. Rude and unproffessional.

I went there for a pamper package and this was my second visit. It was a very pleasant experience the first time so I rebooked for myself. The staff were very friendly and attentive and I had a superb time. I have bought another one of their pamper packages and I have also recommended them to my friends. I found them very professional but in a welcoming way, not in the usual stuffy way that I am used to with some places.
