Very impressed and grateful that I went to Tim with a complicated re-mortgage request and he came up trumps! Even finding a lower rate at the last minute, with the team getting it sent through, and accepted within hours of completion! Will has been a godsend from start to finish of the mortgage process. I am extremely happy with the level of service I have received, especially with the mortgage offer! Whilst the process was extremely stressful (it didn't look like it would go through), Will went above and beyond. He was patient, professional, answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Lesley was also amazing and offered her expertise, knowledge and support. I would strongly recommend that you also use MME for life insurance too. I couldn't find a deal similar to the one they had found. I will be recommending MME to my friends and family. Definitely worth every penny!
