Contacted by phone to purchase a pair of Barker shoes. Offered to call at shop to try on and advised they dont hold stock in shop. Suggested I could order and pay for 2 shoe sizes and return them free of cost if required.I ordered (and paid for) 2 sizes and received 1 pair a week later via DPD which worked well. Also received an email advising that they could not obtain the other size for 3-4 weeks as Barkers had no stock (therefore selling shoes they didnt have). I noted that you could buy directly from Barkers website although I accept that Barkers may hold stock for own use separate to trade sales. In fairness A.Farleys refunded the extra payment made back to my card when I rang. Luckily the shoe size received did fit OK. However, my main gripe is that the shoe offer included a gift of some cedar wood shoe trees RRP 35 which sweetened the deal and swayed my decision to use A.Farleys. They actually sent me a cheap pine wood shoe tree which they sold on their site for 19.95! They offered to refund me if I paid 7.99 and took the pine shoe trees to a DPD collection point and return them! They failed to grasp that it is not my fault that they have not provided the offer advertised on their website and indeed are still offering both the shoes and gift that they cant supply. Asked for a manager to call me back to discuss my complaint and not received a call. I wish I had read the reviews about poor delivery times and non existent customer service.

Horrible customer service, I ordered two weeks ago and the package still hasn't arrived. When I contacted customer service I got a rude response and now have stopped responding all together. I don't even know if my package has been shipped. I have tried emailing and calling and both haven't worked so far. At this point just want my money back.
