        They spent 5m on this which could've gone towards building a much needed by-pass.

        5m spent and closed for 18 months, then when new site opens it is closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday and only open between 9am and 4pm when I am at work. I go past it 10 times a week on my way to and from work and it is always closed. Waste of time and money, not a public service, a public liability.

        So over 5 million spent yet no provision to take paint . What an utter massive overspend for what ? It is no better than before , really couldnt make it up.
