        Their products ie cutting dies and paper boutique paper sets are excellent, but there customer service is one of the worst.

        Bought a small cross stitch from a charity shop and have run out of two colours so can't finish it unless I try to match it up and buy some more. Can't contact either as the number on their website says you have dialled a wrong number. Would not buy again

        Ordered yarn on 9th November, but havent had the delivery. I have emailed them twice and rung them today. I was told they would check with the warehouse and ring me back, but no call received. Dispute raised with Pay.
