Jayne went above and beyond to help me secure the home of my dreams. She organised multiple visits to home for me. She asked my many questions to the sellers on my behalf. She also helped to communicate messages when it came to negotiating. Jayne is prompt, meticulous and generous with her time. We first met Jayne almost two years ago when we were looking at purchasing a property through Jaynes company of Kibworth Properties. Although we decided not to purchase that particular property, we remembered how genuine and personal Jayne was (and is) and so when we decided last year to put our own home on the market for sale, Jayne was our first port of call. To an estate agent, selling a property is obviously just a business transaction. this is their business, but to us, selling our home of over twenty years was a very personal experience. Jayne always understood and appreciated this and we appreciated that of Jayne. Always there to answer any questions we might have and also to communicate between us as the seller, the buyer and the solicitors Jayne was always personal, but always professional. We would 100% recommend Jaynes expertise and experience in the property market to anybody looking to buy or sell a property.
