Went to have a look at bike, chap who dealt with us was spot on no pushy sales or bull, just honest and helpful. Didn't purchase anything but thanks for the help

Great bunch. Been very helpful from picking up my bike to fixing a wide range of things on the bike. Great value for money and also very quik service. Thanks guys

Took a 2.5 hour round trip to look at a bike (and they knew I'd come from afar), took it for a test ride, made an offer which I was told was "reasonable and not too far off but I need to talk to the owner and call you back". Didn't seem to want to ring while I was there so anyone would assume they'd hold the bike until any negotiation was complete. Rang up just after I got home and it'd been sold to someone else and that "I wouldn't have discounted the bike anyway". Absolute waste of time and petrol and really unkind business practices. EDIT: Thanks for your reply. Obviously I was frustrated at the time as all it would have taken was a call to say "the owner didn't accept your offer and I have someone willing to pay asking price, but as you made the trip this morning wanted to give you first refusal". But I appreciate that the bike was always going to get a lot of interest. Have updated my star rating.
