Sarah was great from the outset. Very quick to respond to me and extremely helpful and happy on the phone. Explain everything in detail and was very open and honest about costs and completion times (both of which were very reasonable) The team done a fantastic job and I will definitely be using them again in the near future!

We used Sarah on a new build property, after several quotes Staged Spaces came in very competitively and once contacting Sarah both the communication, and delivery of the staging has been 1st class.

We would 100% recommend using Staged Spaces for home staging, our experience has been incredibly positive and this is due to Sarahs care, skill & professionalism. Her flair & talent for staging is undeniable, her communication excellent and despite being a busy professional she has been attentive and helpful during every step of the process. Her work brings the results youd want - a very quick sale at the highest price. Our chosen Estate Agent viewed our empty house & gave us a valuation. We had moved & our large house was empty and some of the restricted height bedrooms seemed very small so we approached staging companies to make the best of our house. We chose Staged Spaces and this proved the very best decision of all. Sarah spent time viewing our house, drafted & shared room by room computer sketches of ideas, discussed our preferences & managed the staging process with consummate skill so we didnt have to worry about anything. Our Estate Agent viewed our house after Sarah & her colleague had worked their magic & his expression was Wow and he promptly increased the valuation by 25k! He expressed that Sarahs staging had improved considerably our more difficult spaces & enhanced every room showing them in their best way, we totally agreed! Sarahs photography team took careful photos & these were sent promptly to our Estate Agent for internet advertising. Our house went on the market on Tuesday & it sold on first day of viewing on Thursday at the full asking price! A sale in 2 days! We know from the buyers comments that the photos and staging did indeed impact on their decision to buy. The Estate Agent said the photos were the very best theyd seen and that Staged Spaces understands a property & the market. Sarah does the very best to maximise your houses potential and she & her team are friendly & professional. Staged Spaces is certainly worth the initial cost as this is quickly recouped in a fast sale at the very best price. Dont hesitate.
