Top quality customer service. I ordered a 3m 100mm length of flexible hosing for my dust extractor. I also needed a 100mm hose clamp which I only realised they sell as singles once I had checked out. I emailed them to see if they could add one to my order and to inform me of how to pay the extra if this was possible. They emailed me back first thing monday as I emailed on a weekend. They chucked in the hose clamp at no extra cost. This was much appreciated and I will definetly be using them again in the future. Top service and fully reccomended.

I use this company for any ducting I may need and have used them several times over the past few years. Almost every order I put in gets delivered to a different address a few miles from my address. Also, any time I've ordered 3m lengths of ducting they always arrive damaged, which is frustrating as they're not cheap. Customer service has always tried to rectify the damaged goods but the delivery mistake is something that I don't think should happen twice. I would still buy from Dust Spares as their prices are very competitive to other ducting specialists.

Very quick reply on initial inquiry, girls explained what pipes fittings i need and had everything delivered same week. Will defenetly shop again. Very good price and delivery is not expensive. Thank you.

Excellent service from dust spares, I ordered too much 100 mm hose I tried to return but dust spares let me keep it as it wasnt financially viable to send back. Definitely use them again

My first order included several hose clamps, but when it arrived one was not as ordered. So I 'phoned and after apologising for their slip-up, Stacie said she would put the item in the first class post 'on my way home', which she clearly did, much to my delight.
