Emmas help with my anxiety has been second to none. Both for me to see and others. I continue to improve my mental well-being using Emmas creative ideas and mental boost techniques. The hypnotherapy side is incredibly rewarding aswell as enjoyable. Emma is always on the end of the phone in times of need.

Emma is just amazing. I highly recommend. Whilst seeing Emma I lost 21 pounds in weight. I now understand what my triggers are, all about emotional eating and what is going on in my brain when I choose what to do or not to do. Emma is easy to talk to, supportive and so helpful. If you think you need help speak to Emma, I know you wont regret it.

I had been struggling with severe (work related) anxiety attacks for the past 5 years, finally decided I really needed help. Emma has been my saviour. Looked forward to the sessions every week, and after a few sessions, I noticed I was happier, calmer and more positive. Emma helped me to come out of the trap of negative thinking and overthinking. I would recommend Emma to anyone in a similar situation.

I have been suffering for most of my life with a phobia of Tomatoes that was so bad that just chopping them would cause me to physically gag and could in no way even think about eating them, so I approached Emma to see if there was anything she could do for me. As someone who was somewhat sceptical that it would make any difference we gave it a try and I have to say I was surprised by how easy and enjoyable the process is and how quickly she managed to get results. It was a surprise to me that when faced with tomatoes in a meal that I didnt immediately pick them out but instead decided to try them and was again surprised that there was no gagging reaction and I did actually eat some for the first time since I was a child and even went back for more (Just to see if it was a coincidence) and continued to eat them for the rest of the meal (Something that would have been impossible only weeks ago) and have continued to try them since with no problem. This although it may not sound much it has made a difference in my life (Salad is no longer just lettuce & Cucumber) and it is nice to know that I dont have to worry about what is in meals and what may be served up to me when there is possibility of tomatoes, I no longer have to avoid dishes on menus that contain tomatoes. I would definitely recommend Emma for any thing that hypnotherapy may be able to help because as someone who was a sceptic I am definitely impressed with the result she has achieved with myself and how quickly she managed to achieve it.
