The team at Wedding Belles Boutique, are just phenomenal! They listened to what I had in mind for my dress, my budget and gave me helpful advice too. Nothing was too much trouble - Debbie and Beth were always ready and available with any updates and questions I had. I felt absolutely amazing on my wedding day and everyone said how the dress was really me - this was all helped by this wonderful team. I would recommend them to anyone - their dedication and love for what they do really shines through and I have loved every minute there. The shop has so much choice, in all price ranges. My first visit ever to a bridal shop and my experience was amazing, very welcoming, helpful and lovely calming experience I was there for around 1hour 30mins and could not fault them at all. Lots of choices available!

It has been a little while since I went to wedding Bells but I thought it was important to share my experience and warn others. This was the second place I had gone to, to look at wedding dresses with my first shop being so lovely and welcoming. We were greeted by the owner asking us how we had got on at the other shop and after me explaining that I had seen a dress I may like but wanted to try more she said well my aim today is to find one for you that is cheaper. She was very aggressive and abrupt before even welcoming us in. she then went on to tell me that she did not have a lot of dresses that went up to my size (I wear a size 16/18). We were not given the choice to look around the shop and look at dresses instead they were brought to me in the changing room. None of which I liked. I must have tried on 15 dresses in 30 mins very different to my previous experience. Throughout which the owner gave her very honest opinion telling me my arms looked fat etc. we were then told after 30 mins that our time was up and that someone else was knocking on the door. I am not a self conscious person and do not get upset often about my appearance however as soon as I stepped out of the shop I burst into tears purely because the owner was so horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I can't thank the ladies at Wedding Belles enough for helping me find my perfect dress. A lot of time was spent advising on dress styles and they stuck to the budget that we had and didn't make me try anything that was out of reach. I chose my dress pre pandemic and the staff did everything possible to keep my dress safe for 2 years. They also let me keep popping in to make sure everything was fine with fitting and to keep me in the wedding spirit. The best thing about the service is that these ladies know their dresses and will not let you purchase something that isn't 100% for you. I was In between 2 dresses when making a decision and I went with their advice. Was the best thing I did as the dress was absolutely perfect and it fit our wedding style and venue to a T!
