        Jo and the team have been my fantastic accountants for 4 years now, offering timely and responsive help, advice and support when ever I've needed it as a self employed freelance designer. Right from the get go and setting up stages through to 4 sets of tax returns to date, Jo has been absolutely brilliant at helping with all aspects, and her knowledge of the system is second to none. I really appreciate all of the extra support given throughout the Covid 19 weeks and months, and she has helped me to find access to the right support at this time, which I am extremely grateful for.         DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM - This firm is truly stuck in the dark ages. They make basic elementary mistakes in my view. Annoyingly they fail to respond in a timely manner and even close for hours at times. I received snide and rude emails that make me feel stupid...so glad Ive just cut ties and found new accountants. SHOCKING!!!
