        Mr Singh is great, welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the 'new' staff (since September 2022) appear to have been imported from the closed KMC pharmacy, are miserable and have little or no customer service skills. It's now just like any Boots pharmacy leaving me feeling like a number rather a valued customer. What a shame.

        Rude and unwelcoming staff who judged us for even coming into the store for contraceptive. There wasnt even a pharmacist in and they said he would only be coming back to close the shop. Pointless and wont be visiting again.
