Daniel is without doubt the best PT I have had.. over the years I have had several PT's who have been OK. Daniel takes it to the next level in both physical and mental support and understanding. Great results and have fun doing it.. I can also vouch for his personal integrity.

I can not thank Daniel enough for how he's helped turn things around for me and helped show me not only how to have a better understanding of of my fitness but of myself in general. The friends I have made along the way have become hopefully life long friends and I am super happy with how I look now but I am also looking forward to seeing the results still to come

After Dans inspirational 5 day challenge in January (and due to lockdown) I asked for Dans help through his on line coaching program. My ambition was to drop at least two dress sizes. Not only did Dan devise a nutrition food plan, but also my exercises both at home and in the gym. His on line coaching is magnificent with helpful tutorials, weekly check ins and weekly group sessions. On top of all that - Dan cares - not just about losing weight and exercise but about your well-being, your stress factors, your emotional and mental health. He will take time out of his busy schedule to talk to you and help you refocus. Weight loss for a menopausal woman is hard but I have managed to get from a size 18 to a (large) 14 - it does take time and effort and I know I still have a long way to go but dont be put off by the 12 week pics - go your own pace and listen to Dan - he is truly awesome, inspirational and a great coach with a wealth of experience

This guy is a legend!!! Yes - hes helping me lose weight massively and really quite fast but more importantly , Ive not been pushed and my mental health has seriously improved since starting with him !! I was petrified Id be working out every day and Id get fed up , or wouldnt be able to fit it in around my 5 year old and 4 month old and my husband working away . Hes given me a manageable, not pushed routine to work with and I cant stress enough how amazing its been !! Theres been a few weeks where I havent been able to do the basic things - like walk , due to a pain condition I have - but with the nutrition plan alone Ive still lost measurements weekly !!! Cant actually believe it!! Not only that , but the nutrition plan and supplements hes given me have helped eased my pain MASSIVELY!!!!! So on the right tracks for sure!! He is there whenever I need him and always replies pretty much straight away and has helped me through some tough times !! But the most important thing he provides is allll the extras that other PTs dont offer . Educational videos , workshops , live Q&As etc its absolutely incredible for the cost!!! He has helped my mental health improve drastically. Instead of taking weeks to get over something its now only taking a few days . !! Im mentally starting to accept myself and my body and be more confident - which I never thought Id be able to do !!! Wither its weight loss or mental health stuff (or both) youre absolutely needing to go with Dan - even if you want to chat with him about it first - hes always more than happy to have a free non pressured chat to see if it suits your needs Absolutely recommend xx
