I approached guy after picking up some fairly debilitating injuries and being unable to train . Guy has helped me get back in the gym and through his broad knowledge and expertise make massive improvements to the way I train. Couldnt recommend him highly enough .

Guy has been a superb coach to me for a good number of months now. As well as the quality of the coaching he has made remote support a great option - this was always my preference. Guy has made coaching on-line work for me and has also assisted in identifying what equipment I needed to get set up at home. This has been tailored, based on where I am in the programme. Thanks Guy for a great service and your unstinting support.

Guy is an incredible coach, whose knowledge of personal training is embedded in a wider understanding of lifestyle, diet, stress, work and personal stress factors (he draws a lot on research from top sports trainers, sports psychology, and integrative medicine). His approach, which is also a very caring one, is bespoke and his focus on his students is always 100%. I have enjoyed several years of Guy's input and highly recommend him: his programmes and input have got me to the fittest and strongest I've ever been (given my age of 54!) - I lost body fat, gained lean muscle, and despite an incredible stressful few years my skin tone and muscularity have stayed intact! Thanks, Guy!

Guy is so supportive and knowledgable it makes it hard to not see progress. I am always excited to get to training as I know it'll push me but be so rewarding. I've also unfortunately been ill with which Guy has massively helped throughout. Brilliant trainer! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my goals for my wedding.
