James proved himself invaluable throughout the whole process. There were multiple issues throughout the course of my sale/purchase (none of which were caused by James) and he guided me through with real professionalism and care. Realistically I think James earned his fee about 5 times over with the amount of work he put in. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him and will definitely go to him again in the future.

James has just secured me a great re-mortgage deal. I'm a landlord and have dealt with a number of mortgage advisers over the years but James is by far the best. His customer service is brilliant.
