Kate has been such a lovely support on my growth journey. I came to Kate with quite specific goals because I felt as if Id done a lot of mindset work but my body still hasnt caught up. Kate really takes the time to understand your aims to ensure you get the most out of each session & is always happy to explain everything indepth- which made me feel very comfortable& well-supported. This delightfully caring lady, with a beautiful nature, is someone I highly recommend. I had been struggling with my health for excess of 10 months, and after trying many different treatments including acupuncture, chiropractic , physiotherapy, infrared sauna, supplements and vitamins, and IV treatments, the treatment I have received from Kate has been the only one that I have sustainably benefited from, and my health has improved leaps and bounds since starting seeing her. I have received 11 treatments so far and feel as if I am almost recovered. To maintain my good health I envisage seeing this lovely lady for many years to come. Up until 8 months ago Id never heard of a Kinesiologist! But when a good friend suggested I try it out, I thought what have I got to lose! From the moment I spoke to Kate on the phone I knew this was a person I could trust and feel comfortable with. Kate has really helped me change my mindset on things and address some dietary issues I had too. I am SO happy I made that call that day as its truly changed my outlook on so many things and totally shifted the heaviness I was feeling. Kate is so lovely and compassionate and Id definitely recommend her to others.

Katie is such a nice and kind lady with great knowledge of her chosen career and has helped me on the road to recovery. I feel so much better and grounded over the last few months of seeing Katie .
