Great clean gym. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, there's a great amount of equipment and some stuff you don't see in every gym. The culture is great there as everyone puts their weights away and helps keep the place tidy! My favourite gym in Nottingham!

Ive been terrified of going to a gym since my interest in fitness began about 3/4 years ago, worked out from home always, until a couple of months ago when I decided to finally join a gym and its the best thing I ever did! Definitely such a good choice of gym, everyone is so friendly, and makes you feel so at ease, i love that its a smaller environment so it doesnt get too busy, and you always see familiar faces. Im also so thankful to all the staff for looking out for me and helping me when needed, my confidence is definitely building and I now get excited to go to the gym.
