I highly recommend Stephen Saunders. Very good technical knowledge. He was always available for our questions, which included a detailed call on the same day as the survey. The written survey report was clear, detailed and included pictures and estimates of the cost of repairs. The report also included aerial photographs. A very professional service.

Very poor customer service. Scheduled a structural survey which was booked in with the vendor on a Wednesday to be called on the day of the appointment to advise that they visited the property and looked at it from the outside and that it looks a big job and due to current workload and wanting to go on holiday can no longer take on the job AT ALL. This was scheduled two weeks prior. Avoid at all costs
