I was walking by the centre and thought I would come in and ask for their brochure and contact info for possible consultation. The receptionist was very professional, polite and respectful. She gave me the brochure and welcomed me to sit in and go over it. Ten minutes later, the owner saw me and asked me if I have an appointment and was looking at me as if I were disgusting. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I said to her it was my pleasure to meet you and she was staring at me and said that she was busy she cannot accept me today. I told her that this was fine I didn't have an appointment and she did not have to see me today. She pressed the button to open the gate and kept looking at me. I felt unwelcomed and left immediately. She could improve her professional skills and try to smile and welcome potential clients.

Wow that great from start to finish thank you to all of you girls. Receptionist was very informative on the new Comcit facial and Katie was very patient with me, I know I shall enjoy the course of treatments . Keeping us up to date as always Tracey Well Done !!

Loved my treatment, wouldnt go anywhere else. Tracey, the owner was so professional and I felt so reassured going to someone with so much experience, I would highly recommend!
