    I had my first yoga class taster with Georgie and found the whole experience lovely and calming. Theres a nice feel to the room in which the class is held, theres enough room for everyone and loved the calming music to set the tone .Georgie is very knowledgable and clearly explains all in which she is doing and for us to follow.she has a calming voice and has a calming energy about her . Im looking forward to the rest of the classes.

    We had a blissfully relaxing and fun yoga session with Sandhya at her studio. We would highly recommend visiting her studio if you are staying in the Avon farm cabins. Great way to start the day and she was lovely and very knowledgeable, we really enjoyed the sound bath too. 5 stars from us! Thanks Sandhya!

    I thoroughly enjoy Sandhya's yoga classes, I love her vibrant energy and sense of fun. She is motivating and encouraging and offers different options for moves making it accessible. Her instructions are clear and emphasis on breathing through the movement really helpful.     I am loving the Monday evening pilates classes. There are multiple options to attend - in person, on zoom or doing a recorded session later. If you miss a class you can join one of the others instead. I can feel my shoulders, back and other muscles stretching out after a week hunched over a laptop. I have a knee problem and Sandhya encourages us all to work to our own ability with advice on how to achieve just a little bit more. Love the 5 minute relaxation at the end of the classes which sets me up for the week. Always leave the class feeling so glad I made the effort to get there. Highly recommended.
