        Georgie is a great teacher and the yoga session is more than yoga, it really is a great support network! The yoga classes have been completely invaluable to me, I have gotten so much out of them and Georgie always make them so open, thought provoking and such a comfortable place for everyone to talk (I think they have been amazing!) the sessions really helped me throughout the pregnancy to understand and cope with some of the ups and downs and realise its an amazing thing our bodies do! Ive made so many friends and really look forward to continuing those friendships with our babies! thank you so much for running the classes how you do, I am so greatful and genuinely believe they have helped me come to terms with pregnancy and now the new little person we have! (Who is amazing!!)

        This is a relaxing pregnancy yoga class - lovely gentle yoga, a chance to have some dedicated time to connect with baby and meet some new mums to be! I'd definitely recommend
